Nestled in the foothills of Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains just 45 minutes from Atlanta, Lazy Days’, a picturesque 28-acre marina located on Lake Sidney Lanier. Lazy Days has been in operation for more than 30 years and is one of the premier marinas in Georgia. It boasts more than 7.5 million visitors a year. It currently offers dry stack storage for more than 550 boats, storage for 270 trailers on racks, and courtesy docks for more than 100 house boats. The marina includes 61 luxury floating docks making it the only marina on the lake with all concrete docks, 100 percent encapsulated in foam and able to accommodate large yachts and house boats from 75 to 125 feet. AMP is spearheading a $3 million capital expansion project that will include new dry stack storage for boats up to 35 feet, new state-of-the-art wet slips for houseboats measuring up to 150 feet, a new sales dock, a ship’s store and a new service shop, plus upgraded amenities.
