Steve Saiontz

Steven Saiontz served as Chairman of Union Bank of Florida from 2002-2005. The 18-branch retail bank, with assets of approximately $1.1 billion, was sold to Colonial Bank (NYSE:CNB) in February of 2005. Prior to his tenure at Union Bank, Mr. Saiontz was the CEO of LNR Property Corporation (NYSE:LNR) a publicly traded multi-billion dollar real estate development and finance company from 1997-2002. Originally spun off from Lennar Corporation (LEN:NYSE) in 1997, LNR became the largest CMBS special servicer in the United States and was sold to Cerberus Capital Management in February 2005.

Prior to his tenure at LNR, Mr. Saiontz was president of Lennar Financial Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN). Mr. Saiontz served on the board of directors for Lennar Corporation (LEN:NYSE) from 1990-2005. Mr. Saiontz is the chairman of the Council for Educational Change, a non-profitorganization that works to improve public education by developing talented school leaders.
