Rudy Prio Touzet

Board Member – Aqua Marine Partners, LLC.

Rudy Prio Touzet has been active on the full spectrum of the commercial real estate industry for the previous 26 years.  Prior to co-founding Banyan Street Partners, Mr. Touzet served as President and Co-Founder of America's Capital Partners (1998-2007), an integrated investment and management company.  Mr. Touzet continues to serve as a managing member and/or member on approximately 16 million square feet of office space throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

Prior to America's Capital Partners, Mr. Touzet was Executive Vice President of Associated Capital Partners, which merged with Highwoods Properties in 1997. From 1997 to 2007 Mr. Touzet has invested approximately $1.250 billion of equity on behalf of institutional investors and involved in approximately  $5 billion in total capital transactions.  Mr. Touzet entered the industry in 1981 with Cushman & Wakefield during his 16 year tenure he was responsible for the development of C&W's Capital markets group in South Florida and served as Managing Director of all Florida operations, the youngest to be appointed and recognized nationally for its financial performance.  Mr. Touzet is a graduate of the University of Miami.
