Christian F. Rosenberg

Co-Founder, Vertical Yacht Club Development, LLC.

Mr. Rosenberg is a licensed mechanical engineer and general contractor. He is president and CEO of C.F. Rosenberg Companies, a commercial painter, general contractor and property management company he founded in 1986. Mr. Rosenberg has extensive experience in hurricane reconstruction work, building design and construction. He has comprehensive experience including directing the development of more than 50 projects encompassing land acquisitions, project conceptions, plan design and implementation of all phases of project construction.

In May 2002, he purchased Everglades Marina, a dry storage facility on 17th Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Rosenberg has redeveloped the property into a groundbreaking mixed-use residential/marina condominium development known as The Port Condo. What makes this Marina development so unique is the use of a revolutionary bridge crane technology rather than forklifts. This technology allows the Port Condo to stand an impressive 85’ high and lift boats up to 35,000 pounds.
